Use this application package to set up your GPIO (General Purpose Input/ Output) board (GPIO-K) for MegaShift.  Includes the 4L60E and 4L80E build guide items.  We’ve also included some extra components in case you’re looking to change some features or try out your own input and output circuits.

Is this all I need to control a transmission?

• This is a set of add-ons for the GPIO basic kit and is not a complete kit by itself.

Is the large external resistor included?

• No. We have used a different transistor for the pressure control solenoid that does not require external current limiting resistors.
