Warranty Information:

Our Warranty for our electronic hardware products is quite extensive and taken case by case, but does not necessarily stop at one year. It’s best to reach out to support if you have any issues.

Cables such as USB cables or interface cables are only covered under warranty in the event of being non-operational upon arrival. If the cable has been used to register the unit successfully and shown to be operational we will not be able to replace it. There are too many variables in which a cable can be damaged to cover all cases.
